  I utilized the person-centered approach in developing treatment goals for clients in NC Infant-Toddler program for members of Craven, Pamlico, Lenoir, Jones, Onslow, and Carteret counties. I assessed level of social-emotional and adaptive functioning of children aged 0-3 to determine whether developmental delays were present. I interviewed caregivers concerning the social-emotional and adaptive functioning of their children in home setting.
