  While working at HDL I have obtained an abundance of skill sets such as problem solving, communication, organization, and people skills. Although I only have contact with people within the plant, I talk to many different people and some who have a different cultural background than I do which has really improved my communication skills as I have had to learn to communicate when there is a language barrier. I have learned to stay organized and concise with my work. I have gained the ability to stay calm and collect while attempting to solve an issue. I have also leaned to work with my peers and learned that it is okay to ask for help when needed. I have been taught how to work with excell spreadsheets, DOSS, put up incoming stock and remove stock, and pull parts for a kit list.
