  I have transferred as a full time employee with MDCBMS company who is supporting Mubadala in their shared services. I am continue to add value to Mubadala Group and supporting BMS on the reception services. I handled the reception desks in all IPIC floors besides the ground floor. In Sep, 2019 , i was assigned by my line manager to handle a team of nearly 10 receptionists in their daily operations besides my duties as a receptionist. I showed a very good level of leadership and people management .. ensuring the quality of customer service delivery with my internal and external customers. I am dealing with varies types of customers tenants, employees , walk in visitors and VIPs. That type of operations gave me a very wide scope of customer service and increase satisfaction level.
