Few people have the opportunity to report to a manager who is also a coach and mentor—but I did when I worked for Alvin Rodriguez. I had the pleasure of working with Alvin for eighteen months at Ciber, collaborating on several project teams. I was particularly impressed by Alvin’s ability to handle even the toughest clients, effortlessly. That skill often takes years to develop among customer service professionals, but it seemed to come perfectly naturally to him. Any employee would be lucky to have Alvin as a manager

Alvin is an IT professional with integrity, great technical and coordination skills. The days we worked at Ciber Operations is a pleasant memory. The team brought a lot of value to our clients and the organization.

Recent Project: Tenant to Tenant Migration & Domain Migration: Following an Atlanta, GA - based financial firm’s acquisition by a national firm, there was a desire to migrate the local firm’s end-users to the new parent firm’s Office 365 tenant and consolidate the Active Directory, Email, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams data from the local firm’s Office 365 tenant was copied to the parent company’s Office 365 environment. ProArch proposed a two-phase migration that included Active Directory consolidation (Phase I) and Office 365 data migration (Phase II). Successful execution of this plan facilitated improved communication across the combined organizations, which enhanced productivity and operational efficiency. Show less
