* Directed the US Army’s Constant Hawk Program at Operating Base Speicher in Iraq – a $68 million annual contract focused on managing the aerial C-IED program as Lead Contractor under PM Aerial Common Sensors (ACS) and led by the Army Research Laboratory. * Coordinated daily aircraft operations for a fleet of 5 sensor-equipped aircraft and a total of 90 staff members distributed throughout analytical, aircraft, and support functions for US military personnel in Iraq.* Cut headcount from 95 to 75 and vehicles from 43 to 28 with zero impact on mission requirements and performance through execution of a critical reduction initiative.* Boosted operational efficiency and effectiveness by launching diverse programs, including the Constant Hawk University for educating both military and contractors on platform capabilities, resulting in higher usability.* Accomplished successful program close-out and retired contract operations through creation of an effective demobilization plan.
