I provide legal advice to the Secretary, the members of his staff, and the general public. My primary duties are to prosecute all Wildlife and Fisheries Class I and II violators statewide. I also serve as the Land Attorney for the Department, overseeing over 1.6 million acres. I coordinate the acquisition of land by the Department, including the incorporation and transfer of the same into the Department's Wildlife Management Areas. I work seamlessly with other governmental agencies, the private sector, and conservation groups in all of these endeavors. Show less
