Alvaro was an integral member to our startup-sized team in the NY market and is a major reason for the rocket ship growth we had in 2019. He is an extremely diligent, hard worker who is not only metrics driven, but also a culture-fit because he cares about the people around him. I worked closely with Alvaro for almost 2 years, he is without a doubt, an exceptional BDR and a great teammate. Alvaro was consistently a top performer at Bevi in his role as both Business Development Rep and Senior Business Development rep. Regardless of region, Alvaro maintained the ability to always close business. Alvaro's blend of amazing interpersonal skills, drive, and quick assessment and understanding of situations allowed him to blow his KPIs out of the water at Bevi. While Alvaro was obviously a great co-worker, he was a great person outside of the office as well. Always fun charismatic and happy to those around him. I was sorry to see him leave Bevi due to COVID19. He would be a great asset wherever he ends up.
