Alvaro joined IT Hub in NN as a Windows Engineer. From the day one I was able to count on him as a senior administrator being dedicated and task focused. We cooperated in various activities ranging from patching and daily requests to releases into production environment. As a Windows server SME he always delivered on time and was ready to help and support other peers. Last but not least I appreciated his awareness of ITIL/ITSM. What a pleasure to have such technician on the spot while you deliver to your customers.

He was one of the senior infra engineers with a focus on Microsoft products, citrix and cloud He showed the capability to adapt to new technologies and is able to work as a senior in any project making sure that not only his part is done but helping others and pointing out the risks and issues that may occur.
