I had the pleasure of working with Daniel Alvarez for a brief stint at the Los Angeles Angels, and for eight years at the Anaheim Ducks. Daniel was an Account Service Executive while I worked alongside him at the Ducks. Mr. Alvarez was a crucial component in my personal growth and success by assisting in my training when I joined the Service & Retention Team at the Ducks in 2017. He always went above and beyond his role to make sure clients were happy and taken care of in his day to day servicing of our season seat members. Daniel was a pleasure to work with as he had the utmost professionalism, attention to detail and willingness to take extra steps in order to make sure the project was completed in a timely matter.
