Ensured training and technical proficiency of intelligence enterprise in a complex situation. With 65% intelligence-personnel turnover, while preparing for a year-long deployment and replacing 80% of the intelligence collection and analysis platforms, worked to maximize basic and advanced skills development in the most efficient and effective manner. This resulted in over 80,000 hrs of training to more than 500 intelligence professionals on 12 distinct collection or analysis platforms and immediate operational effectiveness once assuming combat responsibilities in Iraq.
