I am honored to have been selected by STC to be the ambassador leader for culture change program in 2014/2015.I worked with four permanent committees for more than 5 years to develop ICT/B2B/Residential and Personal service. Our technical activities involved heavily with Business customers; starting from gathering the requirements, solution architect, high & low level design, implementation till end to end testing & then handover. Managing all reviewing activities for any Solution Documentations provided by Vendors ( RFP, RFI, HLD, LLD etc) and BU Service Description. Managing HW/SW roll-out/upgrade projects and expansions.We did many initiatives to enhance the Broadband Architecture and PCC Architecture of the largest broadband network in Middle East, we deploy most of PCC (Policy & Charging Control) component such as PCRF/PCEF inline with our studies, strategies and 3gpp standards.
