• Predictive keyboard: Next word prediction model is developed for android and IOS keyboards in order to increase typing efficiency of the users. • Object detection project: Algorithm detects tickets, hand terminals, stations in given pictures. It processes 8K+ images per day. It increased operational excellence from 5% to 90%. Yolo v4 is used (tiny yolo model trained in order to speed up on CPU). Data augmentation applied to increases success of the algorithm in different scenarios (light, angle, background...). Automating using airflow. Mean average precision (map): 81%. Recall was 91% for official ticket. • Next event prediction project: BERT (A type of Transformer architecture) next word prediction model created in order to predict next event using given sequence. Events and sequences are created using NLP techniques. It is used by marketing department in a simulation to understand users next events after a campaign or a series of events deployed. • Customer state classification: Customers are classified based on their previous events. In order to label sequences Sentiment Analysis techniques used. (Labels are campaign accept, campaign decline, churn, complaint, neutral, down-sell, up-sell). The model used by marketing department to understand effects of the deployed campaigns and new packages. • Churn prediction: Telco data are used to predict churn. Classification algorithms used but the most effective algorithm was special type of stacking algorithm. Accuracy was 75%, precision was 74% and recall was 76%, f1 was 74%. • Telco AI use cases research: Following projects and ideas are based on this research. It took 3 weeks. It contains AI use cases in Telco. This research was extensively used in the telco company. Show less
