I'm in charge of accounts receivable and accounts payable. I File all bills and paperwork. I also handle all shipments going in and out of our facility through fed ex, ups, usps and messenger. I order supplies by phone and internet. I answer the phones and deal with customer issues. I make sure we are up to date with our certificate of insurance at the facilities that require it for our installers to hang signs. I create final waivers of liens for clients that have paid there bills. I have recently been placed in charge of our custom branded gifts division. I deal with the sales and the production of the items we sell. I create proofs for the client and send those proofs through email. Once the client approves the proof I make sure the order is created and shipped. I also assist with the production and instillation of signs.
