Alo was a valuable member of the Software Engineering Immersive program and a great person to have in the group. Alo worked hard to develop software skills and faced every challenge with a great mentality that led her to completing great projects and provided a lot of support for teammates. Alo was engaged in every lesson and helped encourage classmates to become engaged as well. One of the many aspects of Alo that was a treat to experience was her deep care for accessibility within Software and technology, using previous experiences within healthcare and education in Linguistics, Alo was able to find thought leadership within our group. To further show Alo's care and eagerness to support others she has signed on to become a teaching assistant for a new cohort of software engineering students and has proven again that she is community focused and is one that will provide care and empathy into this field. I highly recommend Alo for any team and any organization that is looking to make a positive social change.
