I had the immense pleasure of having Alondra as a student in the business sustainability internship program that I direct, called U360, and she was one of the strongest students in her intern class. I honestly can't say enough positive things about Alondra! She is incredibly hard-working, dedicated, reliable, responsible, and diligent. She always brings an excellent, positive attitude, an eagerness to learn, a commitment to giving full effort, and openness to receiving feedback that will help her continue to grow. She holds herself to a very high standard and consistently produces top-quality work independently...but she's also great about utilizing the resources available to her and knowing when to ask for support. Most importantly, she was a fantastic representative for our organization with clients because she strikes an excellent balance between professional and personable, while also being incredibly humble and gracious. She is a mature, genuine, and authentic person with the utmost integrity, and I would highly recommend Alondra without any hesitation.
