Incredible Team Performer and a Leader – this statement suffices him well. I was supervising Alok for over a year while he was employed as a Senior Research Fellow at IIT Bombay. He was flexible to do whatever was required to complete the project – whether it be designing 3D Parts, or visiting hospitals to test our Assays, or talking with suppliers; and he obviously is very efficient in coding and electronic hardware development, which is his forte. He made a fully functional Point of Care diagnostics device in a couple of months with coordination with my Lab fellows which required tremendous co-ordination and multiple testing iterations, but he pulled it off very well. He has an easy-going personality and speaks to the point very cogently. I am sure he will be an asset to any institution he associates with.

Worked on an developing a Circuit Simulation tool in C++. I had implemented Diode and BJT simulation models which effectively meant to linearize a non-linear element using linear approximations and then solve the network with Gauss Seidel and Gauss Jacobi iterations. I had also reduced the simulation time of circuits by 4x using a parallel processing library called OpenMP. For testing >10000 node circuits custom test scripts were written to generate large RLC circuits networks. Worked on an developing a Circuit Simulation tool in C++.
