I had the privilege to see Alok work as HR Head and interact with him during my stint with Ultra tech Cement.He has a rare combination of thinking big and following it up with focused execution. I saw him as a great HR professional who builds trust with people through mentoring and allowing freedom to execute, stretching their capabilities beyond their imagination. He has knack to handle very challanging situations in a very calm and composed manner, balancing conflicting stakeholder demands and carving win win for all.
