#Roles & Responsibilities:. ▪ Preparing technical proposal and pre-planning documents packages for biddings. ▪ Preparing Planning Package as Organization chart, Baseline schedule, Progress Measurement Sheet(PMS), Summary Sheet, Overall S-Curve, Manpower deployment Schedule with Histogram with based on Man-hr. basis, Equipment deployment Schedule with Histogram, Procurement Register Sheet, Risk Register Logs, Document Deliverable Register (DDR) & Document Control Register etc. ▪ Understand EPC scope of work and identify the project deliverables, milestones and required tasks and targets. ▪ Preparing overall master schedule L1, L2, L3 & L4 integrating work breakdown structure using scheduling software (P6) and review. ▪ Generation of WBS for scheduling, Daily, Weekly & Monthly Report with S-Curve. ▪ Create various schedule reports and determine appropriate reporting format. ▪ Tracking and monitoring closely, Updating the project progress, Identity priorities, material and establish sequence of activities. ▪ Preventing project from over budgeting at any stage by comparing planned revenue with earned revenue. ▪ Project Monitoring through analyzing Schedule Performing Index (SPI), Cost performance Index (CPI) & Work Production Index (WPI) ▪ Review and list out BOM/BOQ for the project provided by proposal. ▪ Resource requirement in all phase of the project & monitoring actual utilization of resources. ▪ Managing the manpower’s, equipment & materials requirements on the site to avoid delay of works. ▪ Analyze reasons for delays and disruptions identify agency related reasons and issue notification and change order to the client in consultant with the project manager. ▪ Close monitoring of site activities (Fabrication, Erection, Painting & Hydro-test etc.) to maintain the project completion schedule. ▪ Coordination with team (Engineer/Supervisor) to resolve site issues and smooth movement of project works.
