Alongside with the Frente Corretora technology team and by using agile methodologies (scrum and kanban) I developed improvements in the company's product, and features implementation. Such work included the creation of low and high fidelity wireframes, animations and micro interactions, information architecture, internal user experience research, and even the prototyping stage for desktop and mobile versions. Using agile methodologies (scrum), I was responsible for the continuous planning of the project, which included payment deadlines, necessary documentation and assembly of the cars under development. In addition, I followed the path of the cars during the process on the manufacturing line, analyzed blocking points and developed, together with the team, solutions for them. I also organized the cost spreadsheet and performed the purchase, receipt and installation of equipment.
