Al inspired me and played a pivotal role to grow me into where I am today. Al always put customer and clients first. While everyone gets allured into all the fancy technologies and cool models, Al is the one right there to make sure we all listen to end users and work backwards to find the data solution. Al is always passionate about innovative solutions. While everyone was busy in tackling OKRs and deliver outcome by the quarter end, Al was the one to help me look at bigger pictures together and connect dots with a long term vision. This significantly changed the way I was working and thinking and still inspires me today while leading my own team. It was my pleasure to report to Al right after I joined LinkedIn. I couldn't have asked for a better manager and mentor.

LinkedIn User

Al is a customer-centric product leader. During his time on Ads Measurement/Google Surveys, he led with customer need and incredible curiosity about the pain points that his products were solving. He is also a great team player, who pushes himself and the engineering & UX teams to innovate, he's a go-getter and not afraid to get into the details to solve issues for his customers. It was great to have AL on the team!
