The focus (mission) of Peak Performer Strategies is to work with excellence and the rules and conditions for duplicating excellence in performance. Its byline is “Committed to Your Consistent Success.” Since 1983 Armand Kruger has been working with peak performers in business, sport, government and top structure management of companies. The study of peak performers includes individuals in groups within organizations. The basics of the approach is to clearly define the peak performer, and from interviews with these peak performers identify the thinking strategies that leads to their performance. The results of the study are then tested/approved” by experts in the field for accuracy and completion. After the testing, different applications then result depending on the designated outcome of the project: selection, career plans, training, coaching, organizational and performance design. This method is tailor made for every organization and thus limits the intervention of “outside” experts as well as costly and time consuming new initiatives.
