After i have spent my first half of my summer internship in Oman in the capital market authority ,the authority offered me an opportunity complete my internship in Tunisia . training abroad added a lot to my financial skills and my general knowledge especially when it comes to the capital markets systems and regulations. In Tunisia i had the chance to look at and spend time in different financial institutions starting with the Tunisian stock exchange (Bourse de Tunis) , and then to the (FMC) financial market council which almost play the same role as the CMA capital market authority in Oman and then finally in TUNISIE CLEARING company that is responsible for clearing and settlement of transactions and transfer of ownership of securities. At the the end of my i provided my home university SQU with a report about my whole internship experience and how different is the financial market regulated in Oman and Tunisia. Show less

my summer internship in the CMA have been exceptional experience, the Authority has allowed me to grow several professional areas. from engaging face to face with directors, or by by developing several skills where we were trained efficiently to perform their regulatory and supervisory roles as CMA’s role is the regulation and supervision of the capital markets and insurance sector. and then i completed my internship in Tunisia. my summer internship in the CMA have been exceptional experience, the Authority has allowed me to grow several professional areas. from engaging face to face with directors, or by by developing several skills where we were trained efficiently to perform their regulatory and supervisory roles as CMA’s role is the regulation and supervision of the capital markets and insurance sector. and then i completed my internship in Tunisia.
