  Write your review for Thermotron Industries Preview product support field service product support field service (Former Employee), Detroit, MI – January 23, 2016 Pros: embezzling is free, falsfy your travel time and laber charge-Cons: everyone is looking for "dirt on each other- and backstabbers "rule" having over 30 years experience with this group -- it is clear -- why holland michigan church goer's are called the "west coast hycropits" As Hil Sybesma said -- he and the managers went to each others church, but in business -- it was OK to lie cheat steal embezzle and defraud the customer and your co worker-- becasue Business is business> and Tenbrink -- defined it as "Gee i didn't want to lie but they told me too. Talk to mitch Kerr about the embezzlement rate-- which is about 10,000 to 20,000 per year the management gets the co workers to be their insider "snitch" management always blamed the problems he had on his co workers and associates, and his associates said that you had to tell them what ever they wanted to hear , and it didn't matter if it was true or not, and it didn't matter what you said so long as you got away with it and blamed it on some one else Backstabbing is the way that they drum people out-- sudenlly you hear dirt on your co workers -- and then they say "they don't fit in " the customer is just like a client in the "escort business" stick a straw into his head and suck out his brains until his skull caves in.. Or as the sales guy's in california and Michigan say, get the customer "drunk" and find out how much budget they "really" have
