When assisting the Trade Operations Service in Brasilia at the Ministry of External Relations organised trade events in South and Central America, Asia and Africa. Serving in various Embassies in South America and Europe has always dealt with economic issues encompassing trade and investments. Has been delivering speeches and lectures on Brazilian economy and commerce at various trade and industry associations as well as at business schools in Brazil and abroad.Returned to Brasilia in January 2016 to take the position of General Coordinator for Modernization and Administrative Planning at the Ministry of External Relations of Brazil (or Itamaraty as the Ministry is known locally and abroad).In parallel to his new mission in the diplomatic administrative field, has become teacher at Instituto Rio Branco , Brazilian diplomatic academy, for the discipline of "Organization and Working Methods at Itamaraty".
