Administration Accountabilities include: The Foreman ensures all administrative tasks are performed, including: • Ensuring the van is always stocked with standard equipment; • Undertaking a stock-take of the van on a monthly basis; • Ensuring each project job file is fully completed; • Job bag is maintained; • Providing details of hire costs used to date on daily planning sheet; • Presenting completed and checked timesheets for all tradespeople under their control and a copy of the daily planning sheets is forwarded to the designated person weekly • Capable of producing a report on a project at completion.
