Phil gave me an opportunity to be part of a great company. His guidance and patience made me become a much better professional and he is, without a doubt, one of the main reasons why FRS Roofing is becoming so successful and prestigious around Massachusetts. It's not an easy job and, as Manager, he has to wear many hats but he delivers it. He's extremely professional, focused, driven and he doesn't sweat under pressure. If he does he certainly doesn't show it lol.
