Alison puts people first and I am truly grateful for her leadership and support during my time working for her in Microsoft UK SMB. My relationship with Alison transitioned from being a colleague to being a direct report when she started to lead the SMB business. From day 1 she offered support and advice, and made the workplace a welcoming place. When stepping back into a managerial role, I noticed an intentional shift in her approach to me to focus on personal development and how she could help me elevate my work and career path. Much of my success to date is due to Alison's support as a manager and her ability to champion and promote the work being done in her team, laying credit to her team. Alison's leadership is extremely selfless, putting her team first and making their success her priority. I would work for Alison again without hesitation and will always recommend her team as a great place to be.

Alison is an absolute credit to Microsoft; her knowledge is second-to-none. She is well respected in her field and is one of the most trusted advisors I came across. She is proactive, engaging and an asset to her department. Ali managed me during my 14 months at Microsoft. I could not have asked for a better manager, she forms instant rapport with people due to her approachable nature. She was always there when needed, but knew how to push you to excel as an individual. I would highly recommend Ali, she was a major contribution to the success I personally had at Microsoft and currently. She taught me how to better myself and also how I could potentially better others in the same way she did.
