PRIMARY FUNCTION: Overall in-charge to oversee operations of Production 2B. Supervises and manages the processes of Production 2B in order to have a good quality and efficient output based on customer request. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Plans and schedules production targets and manages production operation based on the schedule provided by Production Control personnel. 2. Manages and checks on the machine condition in Production 2B and prepares reports, issues request for repair in coordination with the Maintenance Department. 3. Assigns manpower distribution and oversees balancing of workload to ensure smooth flow of operation. 4. Supervises and checks operators compliance to standard operating procedures (i.e. one-point lessons, check sheets, instruction notes, etc.) to ensure the manufacture of quality products. 5. Monitors and reports daily output of Production 2B during Production Meeting. 6. Monitors, gauges and evaluates performance of operators if within the required standard criteria. This includes: output, quality, attendance, behavior, etc. 7. Requests for additional manpower to Human Resource Department as the need arises. 8. Monitor Product Quantity and Quality in the Production. 9. Relays instruction from the Senior Manager to Shift Leaders. 10. Communicates with Production 1 and Production 3 for any Production related concerns. 11. Train Shift Leaders, ALL and operators in all facets of the section's operations to become multi-skilled workers and ensures built-in product quality. 12. Checks and monitors the Purchase Request of Production 2B. 13. Recommends and initiates plans, ideas and designs for production and quality improvements and implements the same in the shop floor. 14. Manages and monitors the parts and consumables in Production 2B. 15. Supports and complies with the applicable requirements of EMS, 6S and Health and Safety. 16.
