  To take care of 12 elderly men and women, to answer the questions of their families that would not violate HIPPA laws Launched a cleaning plan used to make sure everything in the kitchen was effectively cleaned and organized I held the position of Food Coordinator on a rotating basis. In that position I was required to make sure that the house was stocked with the necessary items needed to prepare the daily meals for the 3 days at a time.
