  Allyra volunteered for 10 islands (Sapeken, Nusa Penida, Palu-Donggala Earthquake, East Lombok, Sumbawa Besar, Moyo, Rinca, Papagarang, Komodo, and Bawean Island) as volunteer coordinator. She contributed in stunting detection program in East Nusa Tenggara, build public toilet and hygiene facilities in Palu-Donggala during earhtquake, give trauma healing and health promotion (drug counseling, PHBS, stunting, decompression sickness, etc) and contribute in stunting research. Although she was not directly involved in the field, she was also involved in the recruitment and management of volunteers, logistical preparations for services on the islands of Kangayan, Masalembu, and the earthquake mitigation in West Sulawesi (Mamuju-Majene).
