  • Oversaw all airport units including airside operations, airport services, and commercial properties under the direction of a seven-member governing board and while working closely with regulatory agencies including FAA Airports District Office (ADO) and WSDOT Aviation. • Led airside operations and development consistent with the Airport Master plan and Airport Layout Plan. Large capital improvement projects included roads, terminal facilities, corporate area redevelopment, hangars, aircraft ramps, taxiways, airfield lighting, flood/stormwater control, land acquisitions, condemnation, environmental, and runway.• Developed and managed real estate including a 100-acre retail development with lease tenants including big box stores like Walmart and approximately 55 other national retailers. • Supervised marketing efforts to promote properties, maintained a network of commercial brokers, property management, and all transactions from LOI’s, leases, and assignments. • Awarded Washington State Airport Manager of the Year in 2008 for recognition of my disaster response and recovery efforts after a regional flood.
