Allison is an amazing leader. While serving along side Allison as Assistant Director, she proved to be a great leader, mentor, and coach. She is highly motivated, full of integrity, and extremely strategic in helping to improve and streamline processes. She has aided in growing an online department from five (5) to twenty-five (25), and has spearheaded several projects to increase productivity, efficiency, and personal growth for her staff. While under her leadership, I was promoted to Regional Enrollment Director. It is with the skills that she taught that I was able to see success. She is truly a one of a kind leader who would do amazing things anywhere she goes. It goes without saying that I would highly recommend Allison Sievers, as she has the ability to drive results and success!
