I worked with Allison for a number of years on our Emergency Response plans, this involved in depth planning of how our business would respond to a crisis and also working together during crisis events. Allison has always proven to be dependable, efficient and always went the extra mile for both colleauges and customers. She is heavily foccused on delivery of customer service during difficult and challenging circumstances. I knew that when working with Allison that you could always trust her to get the job done and get it done right. I would highly recommend Allison for any customer service role.

I had the pleasure of working with Allison during her time spent in Emergency Management for Princess Cruises. We worked together to ensure the processes Allison and her team had put in place at Princess Cruises LA were rolled out across the Australian teams. Due to our two roles being situated in different countries good communication was highly important and Allison's skills made this an easy task. I found her to be very detail orientated, thorough, reliable and has proven her project and process management skills are second to none. I hope I have the pleasure of working with Allison again in the future.
