  Accountable for overseeing a process for life insurance administration in order to provide efficient and proactive senior level concierge service to our ultra affluent clientele for the purpose of business succession planning, estate planning and securing wealth for future generations. Serve as the primary liaison with clients, trustees, accountants and legal advisors to facilitate and execute complex policy changes, fiscal year end reporting and all administrative aspects of policies and plans. Maintain departmental relationships at the insurance carrier level, as well as an understanding and knowledge of their specific insurance products and procedures. Further responsibilities include managing an insurance review process that includes preparing customized reports that analyze our client's policy performance on an ongoing basis, which may include providing alternatives to an existing portfolio that could better protect the policy cash value and death benefit.
