We hired Allison to be a part of our real estate tech start-up years ago and I've have since had the pleasure of watching her grow in her education and personal/professional development. Allison is an amazingly smart and talented professional that would be a valuable addition to any company lucky enough to hire her. Her skillset will never fit nicely into a parameterized box, because her commitment and intellect would allow her to do anything. We hired her as a Client Services Coordinator, but in truth she was an amoeba that applied herself to anywhere we needed her ...even in areas where we hadn't yet realized that we had a need. She's an extremely empathetic and passionate person and she added an amazing cultural element to our company. I would hire Allison again in a heartbeat if she chose a profession in software engineering!

Allison is exceptionally intelligent, motivated, and driven. She is a lifelong learner with a diverse skill set; I’ve not known a person who hones in so sharply on her interests, turning those into marketable talents. Would recommend.
