Allison is highly motivated communications professional. She possesses excellent written and oral communications skills. Her ability to engage with senior leaders to hone their communications and help drive clear messaging is a powerful skill. Allison has a great grasp of new technologies that enabled the Ingersoll Rand organization to more efficiently and effectively share communications with internal and external stakeholders. Allison led the creation of new communication channels including, blogs, internal social media, digital signage, weekly leader videos and digital newsletters. Allison brings an analytics driven approach to her communications. Utilizing tools such as Google Analytics and Silverpop email tracking, Allison was able to quantify the effectiveness of her mass communications. In addition to being a strong communications professional, Allison does a great job of driving employee engagement. She cares for her co-workers and the organization. I enjoyed working with Allison and would highly recommend her for a communications leadership role.
