  Managing the office administration, contacts with equipment suppliers and technical support providers. Responsible for company website and social media communication including content editing. Event organisation involves the management (planning, preparation, onsite management) of events such as congresses, conferences, round tables, seminars, workshops, as well as social and entertainment type events such as film screenings, high profile dinner parties, concerts and exhibitions. Finally, she is the responsible for venue search, negotiation with service providers and suppliers, budgeting of events and overall management of associated logistics. Examples of events organized over the past 3 years include: - an international meeting in Ravenna, Italia for Ravenna2019 to nurture reflection on policies for culture and creative industries (CCIs) and local development for Ravenna in the scope of its ECOC candidacy (100 people) - a conference for Toscane Promozione in Brussels at the Italian Culture Institute –to present and promote the Tuscan leg of the Via Francigena - one of the twenty-nine cultural routes officially certified by the Council of Europe (100 people). - a week-long exhibition from China and opening reception in Brussels for the Shenzhen Culture Institute at the Brussels Mode and Design building In Situ (100 people) - an exhibition and opening reception at the European Parliament in Brussels for the Shenzhen Municipal Government held in July 2015 (150 people) KEA advises territories, organisations and people to unlock the potential of the culture and creative industries. KEA is a Brussels-based research and advisory company specialising in providing advice, support and research in relation in culture and creative industries (CCIs) since 1999.   Eureka Audiovisuel was an Intergovernmental pan-European initiative with 34 European members states. The organisation aimed to promote the development of a larger-European audiovisual market and extend a level playing field to third countries. The organisation ceased to exist in 2001 when it was decided that its mission had been accomplished.
