Operating in a stand alone role, I successfully rolled out the entire HRIS & Payroll platform in 5 weeks & continuous dissected abs improving the payroll & HR process to streamline payroll processing and reporting. I worked heavily in projects - including auditing, contract deconstructions and scoping. I thrived know business improvements and where there was opportunity to increase productivity while decreasing operational expense. I worked during my maternity leave to ensure that Motorserve met best practices while also having my two babies at home with me. I found many personal skill sets at Motorserve - one of which was focusing on output rather than clock timing. This focus made me move away from the traditional 9-5 and look at how to produce the best reporting and functionality to met KPIs. While I loved my time at Motorserve, I had outgrown the role and was keen for my next challenge.
