I started working with Allison in 2011 when Kao Corporation (Japan) decided to investigate the use of a new ocular irritation assay. IIVS assigned Allison to this new ocular irritation procedure. Allison was in charge of reviewing published information on the assay, in-house protocol development, validation, and implementation of the assay at IIVS. During all of the time working with Allison, she was an utmost professional with not only myself but with my old colleagues in Japan. She has shown to be a great asset to IIVS as a study director and I would highly recommend Allison as a study director.
