One of the smartest things I have done in my career was to hire Allison Finney. Allison was a star from day one – with a unique balance of creativity, analytical thinking and humility. She excelled so quickly, that we promoted her after just 7 months! She is a joy to work with, her passion rubs off on the whole team, and she is able to keep so many different projects moving in a positive direction all at once.
