I had the pleasure of working with Allison together on the Carnival Cruise Lines business. It was a fast paced, dynamic account that required everyone to be razor sharp strategically but equally adapt in pushing work through the system. Allison excelled on both fronts and was key lead on the digital side of the business. She was a great partner to our clients, but also knew how to rally the internal team to step up to the challenge. She's an incredible asset to any team from a competency perspective. But equally important, she has that irreplaceable energy that elevates and improves any team dynamic.
