  The Binghamton University Community Schools (BUCS) Regional Network is a partnership between Binghamton University, school districts, and community agencies that leverages the resources of higher education, community partners, and schools to reduce barriers to learning for students in PK-12. This network assists with creating an equitable school environment through the implementation of the five community school characteristics of active family engagement, extended learning opportunities, community Engagement, integrated student support, and collaborative leadership. At BUCS Regional Network, I handled day-to-day tasks for the office, directors, and coordinators by creating and updating spreadsheets, organizing email correspondence, and managing mail for network directors. I also reconciled financial accounts for the numerous grants from Binghamton University and NYS while managing miscellaneous front desk duties and greeting visitors upon arrival for meetings and collaborations. In addition, I created and updated websites and promotional flyers for organizations and coordinators in partnership with BUCS. Show less
