Every Voice, Every Voice: • Project manage the citywide initiative centered around the 2023 City of Philadelphia Mayoral Elections, which brings together collaborative reporting, community listening and engagement, and qualitative and quantitative research. • Coordinate and manage the grant application process and review grant applications from more than 80 media and community partners; create and track grant contracts, administer grant payments, manage grant reports, and summarize learnings. • Organize community listening sessions in underserved or overlooked Philadelphia communities to elevate the issues that matter most in the election. • Coordinate comprehensive qualitative and quantitative public opinion polling with research partners at Temple University, SSRS, and Pew Charitable Trusts. • Direct the project budget for lead newsroom partners, and other participating organizations. • Facilitate ongoing communication, reporting, and content sharing between newsrooms and community organizations. Learning Programs: • Manage all aspects of the News Philanthropy Network, an international learning community for news fundraisers, including curriculum development, cohort selection, cohort training, and day-to-day operations • Design, implement and manage the annual News Philanthropy Summit • Collaborate with partners at The Texas Tribune and SpotlightPA to lead the Statewide News Collective, a growing community of more than 25 statewide news organizations.
