      I launched the PMO department within the organization, building out project profiles, processes and procedures and implemented a change management structure for all technology lines of business. As the Service Delivery Manager, I created SOW's and garnered new business opportunities from existing clientele, drafted project control book templates, maintained client billing and monitored support hour blocks for renewal or retirement for all customers. I sourced candidates, was the primary vender selection review and RFP's, POC's, and RFQ's team member.
