I started my work at Frankie and Benny’s as a door host. I greeted customers in a timely fashion whilst quickly determining their needs with friendly eye contact. I answered the customer telephone calls promptly and in an appropriate manner, I assigned customer to table suitable for their needs.I then became a supported where I bussed, cleared, cleaned and set table in a quiet and efficient manner according to the service standards.I now currently work as a waitress; I provide friendly and attentive service and exceptional hospitality whilst displaying enthusiasm and knowledge. I answer any questions about the menu items and make recommendations. I take food orders and relay them to the kitchen staff. I determine customer needs by asking relevant questions and listening actively to their responses, I then check on the customers to ensure satisfaction with food and service and if they have any other needs that need addressing. I can manage guest payments; I thrive on ensuring my customers always have attentive service throughout to convince them to return. I have worked nights and weekend shifts including the busy Christmas period. I can rectify any guest complaints quickly and efficiently. I have completed online courses on the safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages to uphold proper health standards.
