Working together as a team to create a desirable life full of passion, power & pleasure. * I am a mom, wife, and a woman that has been on quite the journey to live her best life. I have worked on embodiment, letting go of limiting beliefs, healing childhood trauma, and my embracing my feminine to live fully in my sensual/ sexual energy of pure pleasure. * Speaking of pleasure: I have had the pleasure of working with women in one form or another for the past 15 years. First started with the idea of CrossFit and I had a handful of mom’s crammed in my garage for workouts, this led me to open CrossFit Centurion where I am proud to say we had more female clients than men. Over the years I watched so many women get so strong and do things they never thought possible. But one major problem, they couldn’t really see it for themselves. Yes they knew they were stronger but their confidence was still struggling. I knew I needed to help more. So a good few years ago after holding a very powerful women’s health seminar, I decided I wanted to become a certified women’s empowerment coach. I worked with several women right out of the gate. The changes we saw working together were nothing short of amazing. I had found my purpose! I learned some lessons about myself that caused me to step back, adjust some things and pivot in a new direction on where I want to take this. I recently sold the gym and now I am solely coaching private 1:1, group programs, workshops, and building retreats. Show less
