Emerald Tribuno
During her time working with me, Alli worked on many key projects however the tasks she took on outside her normal job description were where she really shined. Alli took on additional presentations throughout the year to both small and large groups of students. She had a way of making the content more accessible through her presentation design, language and demeanor. She was also adept at navigating difficult conversations and presenting on more challenging topics such as student identity and diversity. Qualities I can see positively contributing to future work with students or learners include her strong sense of empathy, her own ability to have deep and meaningful reflection as well as her ability to help others navigate this, her ability to navigate ambiguity and change and finally, her sense of humor – Alli is a fun colleague to have in the office. I hope to work with her again someday!
