Taking my years of Bepoz and hospitality industry experience into more of a training-based role, I've pivoted somewhat while still helping to maintain our documentation platform and liaising with SMEs and Project Managers to do so. However, my predominant focus has been in-house training in the form of: creating and presenting weekly company-wide remote training sessions; creating and presenting/teaching a training program for multiple cohorts of new hires to the company; and subsequently turning the aforementioned training program into an in-depth self-paced video learning course. Ongoing projects include continued learning of our software as it continues development, occasional technical writing and maintenance of our documentation and video-hosting platform, various market-focused video productions, and other training-related video productions.
