  I have practiced law in central Pennsylvania since 1992, handling litigation matters in more than 25 counties. My areas of practice include civil litigation, professional negligence defense, education law, labor and employment and construction law. I have appeared before the Pennsylvania Supreme, Superior and Commonwealth Courts, as well as U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Western Districts of Pennsylvania. I am certified as a pro bono mediator for the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Since 2008, I have served as an adjunct professor in the Penn State Dickinson School of Law advocacy program Provide legal counsel to The Pennsylvania State University on matters including risk management issues, construction contracts and zoning matters.
