I worked with Allen for more than two years when SSEG was providing Six Sigma training and project support for EHS. Allen became the the Benefit Tracker, a position required to monitor and report the benefits for each project but also, the benefits of the quality deployment strategy for the company. Allen was a quick study in terms of learning the responsibilities of the position but the Six Sigma methodology as well - he was the first at EHS to earn his Six Sigma certification. I really enjoyed working with Allen and found him to thrive on the challenges of the more difficult projects. He became a great resource for project teams not only for his financial advice but also for advice on how to use the methodology more effectively. I know he will do well at what ever he puts his hand too.

I have had the pleasure of working with Allen on medium and high-visibility software development projects at PAML. I have found him to be very organized and perceptive. He capably accomplishes the difficult task of being structured enough to promote efficiency while remaining flexible enough to enable innovation.
